These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly through this website and to stays at Seventeen On Cheltenham. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings and payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, including any deposit and balance due dates, are shown at the time of booking and must be met for the reservation to remain confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through our booking and payment providers.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are based on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with that policy.

Third-party bookings (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) are subject to the cancellation and refund terms of the platform used.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.

Use of the property

The property must be used for accommodation purposes only and by the number of guests stated in the booking. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonable condition at the end of their stay.

Damage and loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or loss caused during their stay. We reserve the right to recover costs for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning where required.

Pets

Where pets are permitted, they must be disclosed at the time of booking and comply with any pet guidelines provided. Guests remain responsible for their pets at all times.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Seventeen On Cheltenham is not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under law.

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
